We'll work with you, your family and your physician to return you home safely – at the highest level of independence possible.

As your hospital discharge approaches, we'll set goals and develop a comprehensive rehabilitation plan to safely transition you home. Our goal is to decrease your pain and maximize your well-being, in the comfort and care of the Baptist Retirement Community campus.
